The Whole PI Sacred Hoop is a New construct, based on Whole PI. It is the relationship of Whole PI to the Sacred Hoop that encompasses all things. It was discovered by Dr. Byrdwell through the application of The Unit Simulacrum to Pi, and then to the Sacred Hoop. The Unit Simulacrum and Whole PI also led to New equations for the Three Dimensions that we live in and for Mass and the Periodic Table of the Elements.
